EVENT FAQ’S


  • All registered attendees will receive key updates via email as we approach the event date.

  • Talent Solutions Forum attendees are national leaders and changemakers across a variety of industries that are in search of opening their doors to a more diverse and inclusive pipeline of talent and leveraging innovative and scalable solutions to meet their entry-level talent needs.

  • At Year Up, the health and safety of our community, which includes our attendees at the Talent Solutions Forum (TSF) is of extreme importance to us. We ask attendees to help us promote a safe environment by reviewing the following guidance:

    • Verification: In the weeks ahead of the event, Year Up will be providing attendees with more information about our virtual health verification service (recommended) – which will ask participating attendees to upload proof of vaccination or negative Covid test in the days prior to TSF.

    • Health Attestation: When attendees arrive onsite at the event we will ask you to fill out a short electronic health check survey.

    • Masks: Year Up welcomes the use of masks, based on attendees’ personal comfort levels. There will be N95 masks available at the TSF registration tables.

    We will advise attendees of any policy modifications as appropriate between now and our event, and appreciate your flexibility and understanding. For any questions, please reach out to YUEvents@Yearup.org.

  • Year Up has reserved a room block at the Sheraton Dallas Hotel for the nights of May 11th and May 12th. Attendees are not required to stay both nights but have the option to. For more details, please visit the accommodations page using the dropdown menu.

  • Room reservations can be canceled with a full refund of the deposit so long as the hotel receives notification at least three (3) working days prior to arrival and a cancellation number is obtained. 

  • The nearest and recommended airport is Dallas Love Field.

  • The hotel does not offer shuttle service from the airport. We recommend leveraging rideshare services to commute from the airport to the hotel.

  • The hotel continues to follow local CDC guidelines. For a detailed list of COVID precautions, please follow this link. Talent Solutions Forum attendees are encouraged to wear masks in public spaces outside of event rooms.

  • The event will offer a catered lunch with light snacks offered throughout the day. Attendees will be asked to share dietary restrictions through the registration process and accommodations will be made as needed.

  • The event attire is Business Professional.
